Every neighborhood she could tell us how nice it was, where it was headed, what there was to do, how good the schools were, and so on. Chris was incredibly
responsive. She answered any and all questions we had about buying a house. Her knowledge base in this regard was also very impressive. She made sure that
we were prepared when we finally submitted an offer. She stayed with us through all of the post-contract work all the way up to closing. She advocated on

"OMG....What a gift to be able to SHOUT FROM THE ROOFTOPS about Chris. Oh the many gifts and talents of Chris Aiken. I was a person who had lived in their home for 38 years. I had NO ability to make any movement. Chris was, from DAY 1, so gentle and kind. We cleaned my overly full house out. Had it painted and a FEW things done. I wanted to do all sorts of projects and spend all sorts of money, but thank goodness, Chris's YEARS of knowledge and wisdom she directed me and stopped me from spending "silly money." Chris rolled in and STAGED IT....I mean TRULY staged it. It was a miracle. No charge. (Did you read that part? No charge!) No pain. My house didn't even look like my house. It was stunning. She told me to hold on, because it was going to sell FAST. I didn't believe her. She made and posted two or three beautiful videos and social media posts and then we put the OPEN sign up. The house sold in 1 1/2 days for WAY well over asking. She then negotiated us staying in our home so we could find our next home. Oh bless her on this. Our "requirements" list was NUTS. She worked SO hard. We saw SO many houses in our ridiculous concentric circles, but none of them felt right. Then we went out on a big afternoon and walked into a house, in a neighborhood that was NOT on the list and it was PERFECT. I mean..PERFECT...Bought it on the spot. LOVE it here. Love the house. Loved every single step of the experience. Bless her for the hours and hours of therapy, hand holding, tears, literal blood, sweat and tears she graciously and kindly gave us. Early on I realized that it was beyond important to Chris, that her clients, multiple years in the future, look back and are truly happy. She is not looking for the quick sale. She is TRULY about helping guide you to sell correctly and buy correctly. When I look back on the decisions I have made in my life, meeting and having Chris Aiken guide me through two of the BIGGEST and most challenging decisions in my life...I thank the universe that Chris Aiken came into our lives."

Have worked with her before because we love her knowledge of the local markets, and the details of the sales, inspection, and contracting processes.
