
Chris’s real estate journey started long before her first sale—relocating with her family every 2 years in childhood made her fluent in the ups and downs behind every new address. Those experiences imprinted on her that real estate is about much more than transactions—it’s about transitions!
Her family made its final relocation, leaving the Midwest for the northern suburbs of sunny, booming Atlanta when Chris was 16. At 18, she headed to intown and has been here ever since – completing college and raising a family. Chris has witnessed the city evolve block by block—from Ponce City Market’s rebirth to the Beltline’s impact on once-sleepy corners. That lived-in knowledge and exposure shows up in every client conversation.
Chris’s Real Estate experience is truly layered, providing her with a viewpoint from many lenses. She began in 2006, as a licensed appraiser, gaining experience, and insights into property valuation and the nuances that make a home unique. As her children grew, and her schedule permitted, Chris decided to move toward the sales side—gaining practical skills and industry knowledge as an assistant for a highly regarded real estate agent. In 2013 Chris obtained her Real Estate license and became a REALTOR, embracing a career that offers
both challenge and purpose: connecting people and places in those all-important transitions.
With a commitment to serving both buyers and sellers, Chris values the unique perspectives each side brings to the Real Estate market. She interprets the market data translating it into practical advice for her clients, by staying actively engaged in fluctuating market conditions. In her years of experience, Chris has worked hard to hone her skills in construction and inspection knowledge, effective marketing and staging, implementing simple solution improvements, and common-sense problem solving. This alongside her skillful negotiation and understanding of the community, allows her to offer a winning combination of service.
It is the PEOPLE first for Chris! She takes pride in fostering lasting relationships with clients, earning their trust, maintaining connections and providing resources long after closing. She recognizes that each transaction marks a new transition in her clients’ lives, and she considers it a privilege to assist them as they navigate their evolving needs.
